Privacy policy

This policy explains what data UK Help Forum collects when you visit or use the site, and what we do with it. Last updated: August 2026.

Who we are

The data controller for this website is ECHO CREATIVE MEDIA SERVICES LTD, 12 Glebe Way, Houghton Conquest, Bedford MK45 3JX, United Kingdom. Responsible contact: Arno Pabine, reachable at [email protected].

What we collect

• Visiting the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps), kept for security and troubleshooting and deleted on rotation.
• Analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location by country, device type). This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
• Registering an account: a username, an email address and a password stored in hashed form. Your email is used for account functions only and is never sold or shared for marketing.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies and will process your data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive any personal information about what you do on third-party sites — only anonymous, aggregated statistics about clicks and commissions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it — usually within a few days, and always within one calendar month.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the technical providers needed to run the site (hosting, content delivery, analytics), all of whom process it on our instructions.
