Cookie policy

UK Help Forum keeps cookies to a minimum. Last updated: August 2026.

Cookies we set

• Essential: a session cookie if you sign in, so the forum remembers who you are between pages. Cannot be switched off while signed in.
• Analytics: a first-party cookie used to measure how the site is used, in aggregate. No cross-site tracking.

Third-party cookies

If you follow an outbound link — including affiliate links in member posts — the destination site may set its own cookies under its own policy. That happens on their site, not ours.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The forum works fine without any non-essential cookies; you just get counted a little less accurately.
